Established in 1998, Gulfstream Homes was founded by partners and brothers, Michael Peel and Stephen Peel. Together, they bring decades of business and construction industry expertise to offer their customers a memorable building experience. In a short time, the company has grown to employ over 30 professionals, who like the founding partners, are dedicated to serving their customers and treating them as part of the Gulfstream Homes family.

In addition to building homes of exceptional quality, the professionals of Gulfstream Homes strongly believe in being a positive member of the community. That commitment extends beyond simply writing a check. The builder has established the Gulfstream Foundation, which includes scholarship monies for area students. For Gulfstream Homes, it also means contributing their time, whether it’s building a home for Habitat for Humanity, supporting families at the St. Matthews House, or rolling up their sleeves for a company blood drive.
