Dear Gulfstream Homes,

We just wanted to write a short note to express how happy we our with our new Gulfstream home. We first found Gulfstream Homes and Indigo Lakes on the internet after we learned of our transfer to this area. The website was very informative and this area seemed just what our family was looking for in our new home. Once we contacted Tisha Davidson at the Gulfstream Homes sales office, we were almost sold on the area. Tisha provided us with so much valuable information on the local area, county government, and especially Gulfstream Homes plans and the Indigo Lakes subdivision. What a nice friend we met in the whole process.

Once we visited Gulfstream Homes’ sales office and toured Indigo Lakes we were pretty much sold on the area. To be sure about our decision, we continued to look the area over. Our realtor made the comment that each day we still kept comparing all the homes to Gulfstream Homes and Indigo Lakes. We were thrilled to sign our contract for our Sierra model home by Gulfstream Homes.

Prior to and during construction, we met with Courtney McCormick to pick out the colors and details for our house. Courtney was so helpful, informative, and knew the product very well. During the construction process, Courtney was very accommodating if we had any changes or questions. She also did a wonderful job making everything look pretty.

Our construction manager was Jack Mathiason. He made the construction process appear easy. This is not the first house we have built, so we were surprised at Jack’s attention to detail throughout the construction process. He kept us informed and apprised of any changes or details that needed input from us. He is highly thought of by our children as well. He always took the time to say hi to them and make them laugh.

Gulfstream Homes really is a first class operation from the Internet site to the day we were handed the keys by owner Michael Peel. Even our Realtor was surprised by the quality and workmanship of our Gulfstream Home. Although I don’t think she should have been surprised. I guess that shows the quality of the other homebuilders that she has seen in the area! My bottom line on satisfaction is, “Would I build with Gulfstream Homes again?” The answer to that question is without a doubt, Yes.
