Dear Michael:

You and the Gulfstream team have done it again!  Not once, but twice your company has built me a new home and you've managed to meet and exceed all of my expectations in both instances.

I would like to thank you, Steve, construction manager Butch Bacon, field manager Jack Mathieson and your design consultant Jeanie Bennett for all of the hard work, valued suggestions and attention to detail.  My new home looks great!

I have found that the planning and construction of a new home always seems to present the occasional challenge or unexpected obstacle.  However, each time an issue was encountered, I was contacted and given my options for resolution.  Many times I relied upon the expertise and recommendations of your staff and I was never disappointed by the results.  I am thankful and happy to be the owner of another Gulfstream home.

Once again, if I had it to do over again - I'd choose you!
