Dear
Michael and Stephen Peel,
We
are writing this letter to express our sincere gratitude for making
our home building process a pleasure. From speaking with Katie
Flicker during our first visit to your model center, to working
with Kirk Emery, our Field Manager, it was wonderful. Since this
was going to be our first home, we spent over three years researching
builders in the area, to determine which one might provide us with
the home we wanted as well as affording us a comfortable experience.
Time and time again, we kept going back to Gulfstream because your
company, by far, had the best reputation. We met more and more
people who had built with you and had a positive experience. When
it came time for us to build, it was a clear choice. Everyone from
your sales staff (Katie Flicker), to your interior design department
(Staci Mack), to permitting (Patty Levinsky), to accounting (Dee Saupp), to custom design (Greg David), to our field manager
(Kirk Emery), treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy.
The whole process was very comfortable and the stress level was
no where near what people (who used other builders) were telling
us to expect.
Kirk Emery is an excellent example of what a field manager should
be. Kirk was extremely competent, always pleasant, and exceeded
our expectations. He was always available (he even answered his
phone on a Sunday afternoon.) He is truly a great asset to your
company. When we refer someone to Gulfstream, not only will
we brag about how great your company is, but we will strongly encourage
them to request Kirk as their field manager.
Staci Mack in the design center was wonderful. She was very patient
with our selections of interior items. Her suggestions were very
helpful when it came time to choose particular colors and styles.
She was never pushy and always allowed us to feel comfortable with
our decisions.
Patty Levinsky was always there to answer a question, send us
a fax on something we needed, and was very encouraging throughout
our building process.
Dee Saupp was super and always willing to explain the financial
end of things.
All in all, we have nothing but wonderful memories about building
with Gulfstream. We will miss speaking to your staff as often as
we have. In some respects, we feel like they have become good friends.
We wish your company great success in the future, and hope you
have many, many more years of continued success. You have an excellently run company, as evidenced through your staff and your product. |
