Dear Steve and Michael:

David and I would like to congratulate you both, as well as the rest of the Gulfstream team on your recent award from the American Specialty Contractors of Florida Inc. as the “Builder of the Year”.

Although this letter comes over a year since our move into our Gulfstream Home, we wanted to express our appreciation for the professional service that Gulfstream continues to provide us. It means a lot to us, that whenever we have a question or concern, it is addressed immediately. I don’t think that many homeowners have this relationship with their builders or receive this level of customer service.

David and I were extremely impressed with Gulfstream Homes from the first time we walked into the Gulfstream model on Golden Gate Boulevard. When we found out that our friends, Tim and Stephanie Sauser were building with Gulfstream, we were convinced that you were the builders that we were looking for. You have been an awesome group of people to work with during and after the building of our home. We highly recommend Gulfstream Homes to all our friends and business associates.

We especially want to thank Jack, Jeneane, and Butch for their help with any questions, concerns, or anything that we needed during (and after) the building process. Renee, Dan, and Lori were also extremely helpful and supportive. They are top-notch employees that take great pride in their jobs. David and I believe that it is because of this team that you have assembled that Gulfstream Homes is such a success.
