To Our Friends at Gulfstream Homes:

We’ve been in our new home for approximately one month and I’ve finally found a few minutes to sit down and express both Dale’s and my appreciation to Gulfstream Homes for the superior quality of their workmanship and their excellent customer service during the building of our new home.

Our biggest concern, when we made the decision to build on our lot here in Florida , was that we weren’t going to be here for most of the construction. We planned to fly down occasionally to check on the progress, but it’s not like being around for the entire process. My sister lives across the street so we received occasional updates from her, but we soon found that we didn’t need to worry. We started receiving updates from the construction manager even before the pad was down right on through to the finish of our home. Personnel at the Gulfstream Office were extremely pleasant and helpful when we called with our frequent questions and concerns.

I want to tell you all how much we love this house. I wondered if I was going to be able to fit everything from my home in Vermont , which was a tri-level, into a one-story home. I’ve succeeded. There are so many wonderful ledges and closets in this house; I have succeeded in finding a home for everything. I love the openness of this house with all of its windows. We can’t wait for our first visitors from Vermont so that we can show off the house.

We have had many compliments on our home from complete strangers who stopped by and peeked in windows before we moved in. Dale stopped at a pool cleaning company and the woman waiting on him said, “Oh, I know where you live. Your house is beautiful!” It makes us feel good when we hear comments like that, and we know that we chose the right company for the job. It should make you feel good when your clients can pass these compliments along to the people who really deserve them.
