Dear Michael and Stephen Peel,

This letter is long overdue, but I wanted to write you to tell you how happy and impressed we have been with Chris Parrow. His responsiveness and desire to make us happy with our new Gulfstream home has been very much appreciated by Becky and I.

He acted as though it was his new home and corrected things that he wouldn’t want in his own home. This attention to the “small” things was probably most impressive to us. It didn’t matter if I called Chris with a problem on a Sunday or later in the evening; he had the problem corrected as soon as possible.

The first time we met Chris he told us that our home would be ready on June 27th, 2003, despite starting three weeks late, we took possession of our new Gulfstream home on June 27th.

Our total experience with Gulfstream Homes has been a positive one. We would like to thank Courtney, Virginia, Katie, Dale, and especially Chris for their part in the construction of our beautiful new home.

We would not hesitate to recommend Gulfstream Homes to friends and family as one of Collier County’s premier builders.
