To the Gulf stream Homes Team,

I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you all for the great experience we’ve had over the past year.

Shawn & I moved to Naples from Iowa in 1999. We first heard of Gulfstream Homes when we found a link to your website on the Naples Daily News website while shopping for land. We couldn’t believe how many of your standard features were “upgrades” with other builders. We were also intrigued by the story of two brothers who have grown a fantastic business for themselves through values such as personal service, quality, honesty, and putting the customer first. Many builders in our area would say they share these characteristics but from the first time we walked in the door at the model, we learned that the Peel family and the employees at Gulfstream really do exemplify these concepts. You truly are a wonderful group of people, some of the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered in any business in the area. There is a family atmosphere to the business and everyone is very customer service oriented, always going the extra mile to ensure we were going to be happy with every last detail of our upcoming home.

We have friends and relatives who have built homes (along with headaches) in the past few years, and as first-time homeowners, we were expecting to have some horror stories of our own. However, throughout the entire construction process, as those friends and family kept waiting for the ‘other shoe to drop’, Shawn and I had no such stories to share. Even the couple of minor issues that came up were quickly addressed and resolved in a very professional manner.

We were elated about how smoothly our entire homebuilding experience went, and we enjoy sharing our story when others admire our beautiful new home. We are proud of our Gulfstream home and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new home to consider becoming part of the Gulfstream family.
