Over the last few years, we subscribed to the Sunday issue of the Naples Daily News, and watched as population and property values gradually climbed.

We checked out the building contractors in the area for future reference, and, there was, and is, no comparison.  In terms of quality, standards, affordability, service, dependability, Gulfstream's the best.

Gulfstream truly tries hard to fairly accommodate your needs.  When taking on such a venture as building a new home, there are always "bumps in the road." But when things don't go as planned, Gulfstream always knew how to smooth out the bumps professionally.  Gulfstream never let me down, always asking "what can we do to make it right for you?"  This means everything to a customer.

From the delicious home baked cookies on first-signing on to Gulfstream, to the specially made key chains and mailbox emblems, on closing day, to the huge beautiful houseplant "florist delivered" to the special invitation to the company "Family" of Gulfstream picnic, we have been blessed.

Steve and Michael Peel know their individual professions very well.  They also are people of pride, and character and accountability.  Values you don't see very often these days.  They stand behind their work.  The put themselves in the homeowners shoes.  They live from the heart.  They hire people who are professionals with pride and who willingly follow the guidelines they set forth, to assure a happy and successful completion of a work in process.
