Dear Gulfstream Homes,

We just wanted to say thank you for building us such a great house! This will be our first home together and we are very excited to enjoy all the wonderful upgrades that come as a standard in a Gulfstream Home. Overall, we have had a great experience throughout the building of our home.

The sales office was helpful to us while we were deciding on a model to build and getting all the proper initial paper work completed. Courtney in the design center was great with helping us pick out our colors for the house. We were happy to have such a wide selection of higher quality products as a standard. Courtney was very patient with us as we bounced around different ideas during our color meetings. Once the building process began, we were very excited to find out that we may be in earlier than expected. Kirk, our field manager, was very helpful in answering our questions. If he did not know the answer, he made sure to find out for us in a timely manner. Throughout construction the house and surrounding area was kept clean. The few concerns we did have were handled promptly.
