To the Gulfstream Team,

Now that we are settled in our beautiful new home, we wanted to take a minute and express our thanks to all of you. From the day we walked into the sales center to the day we were given our keys, every Gulfstream employee we have come in contact with has been courteous, polite, and great to deal with. The girls in the sales center were our first impression of Gulfstream Homes. Kathy and Tisha were both very helpful in the beginning stages of getting our contract signed and house started. Our next experience was with the girls in the design center. They were all very patient with all of our “change orders” and always willing to offer advice and opinions.

Last, but not least, our Field Manager Walter Mulock was awesome!!! He did a great job of overseeing the construction and completion of the home. He was at the site every day (even weekends) and did a great job of keeping us posted on the progress. He told us we could call him any time—and we did. He was always willing to offer suggestions (we are so thankful he suggested widening the driveway) and was so nice and pleasant to deal with. When we had a minor problem after closing, he was at the house within 5 minutes. He then called us later that night to make sure the subcontractor fixed everything to our satisfaction. Walt really went the extra mile to make us satisfied Gulfstream customers!
