Dear Michael & Stephen,

Now that we are getting settled and the Holiday's are over David and I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire organization for their support and commitment throughout the building process of our new home.

As you know building a new home was a new learning experience for us.  We may not have been as prepared as we should have been for the emotional roller coaster ride we were about to experience...excitement, worry, or just plain stress.  It was an incredible learning experience.  We are very sincere when we say that your staff exemplifies commitment and dedication to the customer.  They truly are your most valuable asset.

Even with almost 300 change orders Jeneane always exhibited patience and professionalism.  She was receptive to new ideas and an invaluable liaison when we had to bounce different changes and/or ideas off of Stephen or Dale.  It didn't matter how busy Jeneane was, when we called her or met with her, Jeneane always made us feel like we were number one.  Our heartfelt thanks to Jeneane.  We think the world of her.

As for Dale, we can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate his efforts.  He worked tirelessly on our project.  He took ownership in building our home and takes great pride in his work.  He was there for us day and night and always wanted to do whatever he could to help us out and make things happen.  We have a newfound respect for Dale's position.  He has a very challenging job and he handles it with determination and confidence.  We pretty much beat the heck out of Dale, however, he came thought it like a Champion.  He never stayed down, always got up, and did what he needed to do to get the job done.  Thank you Dale for building our beautiful home.  You are the Best!

Okay Stephen it's your turn.  Well it all began with you.  Thank you for helping us design and redesign and redesign... our home.  Thank you for always being there to help resolve issues and for your conscious efforts of fairness.  It was a comfort to us to know that we could always call you or Michael, should the need arise, to work through any complicated issues.

Well guys I'm looking into a speculative project in the near future.  Hopefully we will be able to work together again.  Just when you thought it was safe to go outside...the Santomieri's may be back!
