Dear Steve & Michael:

On or around 1994 was when Edward and I came to know Gulfstream Homes.  That was when we first met Michael.  I remember meeting Michael and asking him a lot of questions about Gulfstream Homes, and fell in love with the model on the Boulevard.  In August of 2000, Edward and I came on our regular vacation to Florida like always, and we walked through your new models, and again I fell in love with your homes.  We now knew whom we wanted to build our new home for us, and it was Gulfstream Homes.

On October 30, 2000, my husband Corporal Edward M. Toatley, a Maryland State Trooper was killed in the line of duty, and my world fell apart.  I was left with two small children, and I knew what I had to do.  I had to build the house that Edward and I had dreamed about for our family.  That is when I met you "Gulfstream Homes" again.  I had Edward laid to rest in Naples, Florida, and that is when I signed a contract with Gulfstream Homes.

You all worked with me while I was still in Baltimore, through faxes, phone calls, and we were able to get everything started.  I moved down to Naples, Florida, June 1, 2001, and since that date you all have worked so hard to make our dreams come true, and you have.  Steve Bender had one of the hardest jobs of them all, he had to deal with me on a daily basis.

You have acquired a very unique staff of people.  People who care about you, and bend over backwards to help you in any way.  Without you, and your staff, I don't think I could have been happier than I am today with my new home.  I just wanted to say thank you for making my dream come true.

Sincerely,
Sobeida Inez Toatley
