To everyone at Gulfstream,

Thank you for our beautiful new home. When I told friends and family that we wanted to build a new home, some people said we were asking for a big headache and a lot of stress. That is not what we got with Gulfstream. The process from beginning to end was smoother than my wife and I could have ever imagined. Don’t get me wrong, there were some minor bumps along the way. What separates Gulfstream from other builders, which I have heard some nightmare stories about, is that anytime there was something that was not done to our satisfaction, the people at Gulfstream took care of the issue and usually the very same day.

We wanted give a special thanks to the following folks:
In the very beginning, Butch Bacon, for helping us inspect our lot. Virginia Madden for her excellent service from start to finish. Jeanine Bennett, for all of her help in the design center and for her incredible patience. We had to go to the design center several times. Each time with our three small children!

Greg David for being very easy to deal with even when we called him sometimes several times a day. No matter how important or trivial a question or issue we had, Greg always followed through.

Dennis Swan, for his incredible service after the house was complete. One day I received a call from Dennis after we were in the house for over a month asking us if everything was OK with our new home. I was shocked and very impressed. Service after a sale is extremely rare these days.
