Using his extensive experience in Finance and Accounting, Michael directs all of the financial and business operations for Gulfstream Homes and related companies.  Michael has been a Naples resident for over 12 years and has spent all of that time in the residential construction industry here in Southwest Florida.  A 2-time graduate of the University of Florida, Michael’s leadership and business experience is unique in the industry and positions Gulfstream Homes well to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

A Florida native, Stephen has spent most of his life in and around the construction industry.  Prior to attending the University of Florida to earn a degree in Building Construction, Stephen spent many of his formative years in his garage and on jobsites working on construction projects with family members and friends.  After graduating from UF Stephen joined Centex Homes here in SW Florida and helped grow that new division to one of the company’s largest in the country, then helped create a custom home operation where he spent over 11 years delivering over 800 homes. 

Dale Hogue - Construction Manager
Dale Hogue has joined Gulfstream Homes as Superintendent and is now the Construction Manager. In his position, Hogue is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of new home construction, as well as customer service. Hogue, a native of Rockford, Illinois, moved to Florida in June 1991. He began his career as a Construction Superintendent for the Wildcat Run Venture Corporation, the developer of Wildcat Run Golf and Country Club in Estero. Hogue worked at Wildcat Run for nearly six years at which time he accepted the position of Field Manager for a national home construction company which builds in both Collier and Lee counties.

Renee Uhlar - Accounting Manager
Renee Uhlar has joined Gulfstream Homes managing various functions of Operations and Accounting. Renee is responsible for contractor insurances and payables, plan packages, permitting and customer service. Renee, a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, moved to Florida in 1969 and has over 20 years of business experience. Renee started her career in 1977 with Caloosa Plumbing in Fort Myers. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Renee was the controller for a custom home building division for over a decade. Renee attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where she studied marketing.

Jeneane Paula Bennett - Director of Design
Jeneane Bennett has joined Gulfstream Homes managing various functions of Operations but her main responsibility is handling all aspects of sales and marketing.  Jeneane, a native of Yonkers, New York, moved to Naples in 1994. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and a Masters Degree in Communication Research. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Jeneane was an associate manager for a Fort Myers finance company and the contract manager for a national builder in The Brooks, a Bonita Bay Community. After which, Jeneane joined a custom home builder as the Design Center manager for over a decade.
