Renee Uhlar - Accounting Manager
Renee Uhlar has joined Gulfstream Homes managing various functions of Operations and Accounting. In her new position, Uhlar will be responsible for contractor insurances and payables, plan packages, permitting and customer service. Uhlar, a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, moved to Florida in 1969 and has over 20 years of business experience. Uhlar started her career in 1977 with Caloosa Plumbing in Fort Myers. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Uhlar was a project accountant for Centex Homes, a position she held for six years. Uhlar attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where she studied marketing.

Jeneane Paula Bennett - Director of Design
Jeneane Paula Bennett has joined Gulfstream Homes as Design Center Manager. In her new position, Bennett will be responsible for supervising and managing Gulfstream Homes' new design center, located adjacent to the building firm's new model and sales center, and helping new homeowners with selections including carpeting, cabinets, appliances, countertops and plumbing fixtures.

Bennett, a native of Yonkers, New York, moved to Florida in 1994. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and a Masters Degree in Communication Research. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Bennett was an associate manager for a Fort Myers finance company and the contract manager for a national builder in The Brooks, a community being developed by Bonita Bay. Bennett is a member of the Collier Building Industry Association's Sales and Marketing Council.

Dale Hogue - Construction Manager
Dale Hogue has joined Gulfstream Homes as Superintendent and is now the Construction Manager. In his position, Hogue is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of new home construction, as well as customer service. Hogue, a native of Rockford, Illinois, moved to Florida in June 1991. He began his career as a Construction Superintendent for the Wildcat Run Venture Corporation, the developer of Wildcat Run Golf and Country Club in Estero. Hogue worked at Wildcat Run for nearly six years at which time he accepted the position of Field Manager for a national home construction company which builds in both Collier and Lee counties.

Virginia Madden - Business Manager
Virginia E. Madden has joined Gulfstream Homes as operations manager. Madden, a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, moved to Florida in May 2000. In 1991, she was an advertising representative for The Trentonian newspaper in Trenton, New Jersey. Three years later she accepted the position of office manager for Griff and Associates in Bristol, Pennsylvania, a job she held for more than five years.

From 1998 through 2000 Madden was a supervisor for the Holy Trinity CARES program and an administrative assistant for EnerJee Limited, both in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Madden was a staff accountant at Allen Systems Group in Naples. Madden graduated from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Craig Miles - Assistant Purchasing Manager
Craig Miles joined Gulfstream Homes as Field Manager and is now working in purchasing. Craig is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day purchasing for construction project as well as design of custom plans. Miles, a native of Kokomo, Indiana, moved to Florida in 1992, where he began a career as a Field Manager for U.S. Homes in 2002. Miles attended Florida State University, where he studied Sports Management.

Bridget Fairbrother - Real Estate Sales/Marketing
Bridget has joined Gulfstream Homes and Gulfstream Realty Group as a licensed real estate agent. She handles real estate sales and assists with marketing and advertising for the company. A native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Fairbrother graduated from Loyola University, New Orleans, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/advertising and a minor in business administration. She has nearly 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Gulfstream Realty Group, she was the personal assistant/marketing director for a top producing team at Prudential Florida WCI Realty in Naples. A licensed realtor, Fairbrother is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors(NAR).

Shalonda Washington – Construction Administrator
Shalonda Washington has joined Gulfstream Homes as a Construction Administrator. Shalonda is a native of Naples, Florida. Prior to joining Gulfstream Homes, Shalonda worked at Reliable Permitting of Naples. She has over 11 years of industry experience.

Chris Coughlin - Field Manager
Chris has been in the construction business since 1978, owning his own company since 1988 - working and building multi-million dollar custom homes in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He and his family moved from Wyoming to Naples in 2005, and joined Gulfstream Homes as Field Manager in October of that year.
