As first time builders we had a number of concerns about building. You and your team handled our concerns from day one through completion in a manner that made the entire project enjoyable.
 

On behalf of myself, Sarah, Charlie and Hannah, we thank you and the entire ARCS staff for building us an amazing home.  I can remember the first time Sarah and I went into your model showroom being apprehensive because this was the first house we ever built and we had absolutely no knowledge of what it takes to build a brand new house from the ground up.  Many of my colleagues at the hospital shared some "bad builder" stories with me(not your company, but some other ones in town).  Let me assure your future customers that you and your team are absolutely the best.  here are some reasons why:

1) Honesty.  I cannot say that work enough when we dealt with you.  Unfortunately, "honesty" isn't always associated with the building industry in Southwest Florida but you always were upfront about any hurdles of building and the costs of building.
2) Service.  Steve, Dale, Jeneane, and Renee always quickly responded to our questions and concerns.  And always in a courteous manner with an attitude that the customer is always right.  A really important aspect that I want your future customers to know is your service after closing and all payments were completed.  Whenever we had any problems or even had minor cosmetic issues with the house, Steve or Dale were at the house fixing it.  Your good reputation, not just money, dictates how you do business before, during and after construction. 
3) Money.  One of the biggest reasons we built with you is that you were very open and transparent about every dollar that went into our home.  Before we signed our contract, I brought you proposal to another builder for a bid.  I asked for a breakdown of all the costs but they wouldn't do it.

I would recommend Steve and ARCS without hesitation to anyone getting ready to build.  Some companies are know for their quality products, some for their top customer service; your company has both.

We want to thank you for the remodeling work you just completed for us.  It is hard to believe the difference in our home. 

The whole process was handled in such a professional and efficient manner.  From the very beginning, we felt that we were getting exceptional assistance in deciding what we could accomplish within our budget.  When we had to reduce the scope, you were great in helping us decide what we should try to accomplish and what could wait until a later date.

When it came time to pick out the specifics, Jeneane was marvelous and very patient with us.  She spent time with us in the evenings and also on Saturdays to make sure that we were pleased and comfortable with our choices.  She even went with us to the cabinet and granite showrooms to assist us.  We will always be thankful for her help and her attitude.

When the project began, Dale became our daily point of contact.  He is an extraordinary person and we're not sure how he does it.  He was always there at 7:30-7:45 a.m. each morning, was the individual who would answer all of our questions, made sure that everyone showed up on time, got any of our small issues with the work resolved and then finished up the day by making sure that the house was in good order for us.  We know that is was difficult doing a remodel with the customer still living in the house, but you managed to keep us very happy and Dale was certainly a very important part of that.  We will miss his smile every day!

Steve, we also came to know that you are more than a co-owner of the business-you are a "hands on" individual.  We hope you realize how much of an asset that is.  We know that you also did a lot of things to make the project go smoothly-everything right up to "mopping" up the mess.  We also realize that you are as much of a perfectionist as we are and that means a great deal.

It was such a pleasure to work with such a professional team of individuals.  Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone on your team as well as to all of the excellent subcontractors.  We will certainly be praising and recommending ARCS Construction as well as contacting you for any future work.
