Dear Clients,
As the State of Florida continues to be under a Stay at Home mandate, single family construction remains essential and is not subject to this mandate. Because of this, construction on our homes is continuing, but procedures and protocols have been put into place to ensure the safety of all involved in building and buying our homes. We are restricting work on all of our home sites to one vendor at a time with the Field Managers scheduling the subcontractors accordingly. While onsite, we are asking all subcontractors to wear protective masks if possible and if available. Field Managers are also available via mobile phone; however, in-person meetings are being discontinued until further notice. If a Gulfstream team member is present with a client onsite, both parties are requested to wear protective masks if possible.
We have also implemented a new virtual way for clients to set up meetings and tour our homes UNDER CONSTRUCTION from the comforts of their homes. Through Skype and FaceTime, as well as phone calls and distance-in-person consultations, clients are able to schedule sales and contract appointments with our team. This will help to reduce the risk of spreading the virus, yet will help clients and prospective clients to be able to continue on with their home project.
