The event was held from February 15th through the 19th, and featured a fantastic display of American flags positioned along San Marco Road. The event was held in honor of any and all heroes in healthcare, education, law enforcement, military and anyone who has made an impact on someone in the local community. For $50, those interested in sponsoring a local hero were able to purchase a flag and present it, along with hundreds of others, all of which were marked with the sponsor’s name as well as the hero they were honoring. From veterans to valentines, friends, co-workers and acquaintances, these heroes were honored during this five-day celebration. Proceeds from the event benefited the local community and serving its critical needs. Gulfstream Homes, along with other Southwest Florida families and businesses joined in to support this amazing event.
