Philadelphia native Julia recently relocated to the Naples area, drawn not only by the warmer climate but also by the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of the remodeling industry in a coastal community where homes are thoughtfully designed for the local environment. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, she gained experience in leasing and real estate, as well as in marketing, as a Marketing Assistant. In her free time, Julia enjoys experimenting with new vegetarian recipes, spending time with her rescue dog Chase, and flipping thrifted furniture.
