Philadelphia native Julia “Juls” Marcus relocated to the Naples area, drawn not only by the warmer climate but also by the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the custom home-building industry in a coastal community where homes are thoughtfully designed for the local environment. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising, she gained experience in leasing, sales, and administrative coordination. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Chase, and staying current on the latest custom home trends.
