NAPLES, Fla. A New Opportunity for Realtor Partnerships
As part of its outreach to the local real estate community, Gulfstream Homes is offering a 5% referral incentive to qualifying Realtors who introduce clients who sign a remodeling or renovation contract with the company by December 31, 2026.
The incentive is calculated on the signed contract amount, with 50% payable at the start of construction and the remaining 50% upon issuance of the project’s Certificate of Completion. Realtors interested in participating are encouraged to contact Buzzy directly to discuss potential referrals and review program details.
The program is designed to recognize the important role Realtors play in connecting homeowners with experienced renovation professionals while providing another resource to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
