A Marco Island Christmas with Santa & Mrs. Claus was made possible by Christmas Island Style, an organization that focuses on bringing and enhancing the holiday spirit on Marco Island. Through a series of events, like the inaugural Wayne Purvis Memorial Christmas Tournament, which Gulfstream Homes was also a part of, annual Christmas boat parade, house decorating contest and more, Christmas Island Style has been bringing Christmas to the Island since 1987. The Gulfstream Homes team put in many hours working on their float, which was donned with beautiful twinkling lights, garland, Christmas trees and more festive décor. This static parade featured all floats stationed in Veterans’ Community Park as spectators drove by at a safe distance to admire the holiday creations. Although it was a bit different from previous years, Christmas Island Style and all participants had an eventful night, bringing Christmas spirit to the Island.
