David Matulay

David, a Naples native, has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age, having worked for Matulays’ Construction Supply, a family-owned business. He began his professional career in construction management in 2015 with WCI Homes, serving as a Construction Manager across multiple developments throughout Naples. In 2018, David joined Gulfstream Homes, where he has been proud to be part of the team ever since. Outside of work, David volunteers with the Naples Knights Softball Organization, coaching girls’ softball, and at Aubrey Rodgers High School. He shares his life with his wife, Christine, and their three daughters, Jayline, Mila, and Charlie.
