Greg David

Director of Sales

Michigan native Greg began his career with Centex Homes in 1992 as a sales representative, then transitioned to the construction side of the business in 1996. He joined Gulfstream Homes in 1999 as one of the company’s first employees, serving as a Project Manager. In 2001, Greg moved into the office as Purchasing Manager, where he also worked closely with prospective clients to customize their homes. He later stepped away in 2006 to pursue other interests. Greg returned to Gulfstream Homes in 2018 and is excited to be part of the Gulfstream family once again. He and his wife, Marcia, are proud parents of three children and one son-in-law.
