From our first Model location on Golden Gate Blvd., we have been active in the Estates area since the beginning. All of our floorplans are designed to take advantage of the unique lifestyle of these large estate lots, and our pricing includes everything you need to live well in the Estates.
We have developed a portfolio of home designs specifically for planned communities. These lots are typically 60-80′ wide, and we have built in many of these neighborhoods along the way, including Indigo Lakes, Hawksridge, Wilshire Lakes, and Black Bear Ridge. We are knowledgeable in working with Homeowner’s Associations and understand the challenges of working on these more intimate jobsites.
One of the most active new construction markets in Collier County, we have delivered over 200 new homes west of US 41 since 1998. We developed this unique set of floorplans and included features specifically for this market.
